Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and the following EU countries:
Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus

as in the following non-EU countries:
Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Turkey

and in the following third countries: Canada, United States, Australia.


Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

The shipping costs are a flat rate of €4.95 for an order value of less than €99.00. Shipping is always as a package by DHL and the customer receives a tracking number with the shipping confirmation. From an order value of €99.00, shipping is free of charge.


Deliveries abroad:

The shipping costs to other European countries are a flat rate of €4.95 for EU countries and Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Turkey. For other non-EU countries (third countries), the shipping costs are a flat rate of €12.95. All packages are shipped by DHL and the customer will receive a tracking number along with the shipping confirmation.

delivery times

Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany (Germany) takes place within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

- Payment in advance by bank transfer
- Payment via PayPal (credit card, direct debit, invoice if necessary)
